Due to the retirement of Jodi Eiker, Sage Brady is the Hamilton Township Tax Collector, effective January 1, 2025. She collects real estate property taxes from Township residents and those funds are distributed to Hamilton Township, Franklin County, and the Chambersburg Area School District.
Twice per year, real estate tax bills are sent to all property owners of record in Hamilton Township:
- The first mailing in March is for real estate taxes that are imposed by Franklin County and Hamilton Township
- The second mailing in July is for real estate taxes imposed by the Chambersburg Area School District
